What We Don't Claim
These aren't caveats buried in a terms of service. They're things you should actively know before you search.
We don't guarantee that the price you see on Find It is the cheapest available in Australia. Making that promise honestly is impossible — prices change constantly, our coverage isn't total, and there will always be a retailer or marketplace seller we don't include. What we show is the best information we have at the time of your search across the retailers we support.
We don't cover every store or every product. Our retailer coverage is limited and growing. If you don't see a result you expected, it may simply be that the store or product isn't in our current index. We're not hiding anything — it's just not there yet.
We don't guarantee prices stay the same between your search and your purchase. Retailers update their systems constantly, promotions end, and stock levels change. Always confirm the price on the retailer's own page before you pay.
We are not the seller. When you click through to buy, you're dealing with the retailer — their stock, their checkout, their returns policy, their customer service. Find It is how you got there.
How to Search Well
The most common mistake when using any shopping comparison tool is searching too vaguely. "Headphones" produces hundreds of results across wildly different products. "Sony WH-1000XM5 noise cancelling headphones" produces exactly what you're looking for. The more specific your search, the more useful the results.
Once you have results, use them to narrow to one or two finalist options. Then go to those retailers directly to confirm the price, verify the exact model and inclusions, check stock for your location, and complete the purchase. What to Expect During Early Access
Find It is still growing. During this period you should expect some products or stores to be missing, occasional odd matches where the model variant isn't quite right, and changes to coverage and the interface as we improve.
What you shouldn't expect is marketing hype about being the cheapest or most complete tool in Australia. We're not going to make promises we can't keep. The most useful feedback you can give us is simple: what you searched for, what device you were on, and what looked wrong. That's what actually helps us get better.
