1. Nature of Service

Find It (accessible at findit.best) is a product search and price comparison tool. It is not a retailer, seller, marketplace, or agent. Find It does not sell products, hold inventory, take orders, process payments, or enter into any contract of sale on behalf of any user or retailer.

All purchases are made directly and exclusively between the user and the relevant retailer. Find It has no involvement in, and accepts no responsibility for, any transaction that occurs between a user and a third-party retailer.

2. Accuracy of Information

All product data displayed on Find It — including but not limited to prices, stock levels, availability indicators, product descriptions, images, specifications, and proximity information — is sourced from publicly available retailer information. Find It endeavours to present data with the minimum possible delay, however information may be delayed or cached and may not reflect a retailer's current position at the time of viewing.

Find It makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any information displayed is:

• Current. Notwithstanding Find It's endeavour to minimise data delay, information displayed may be delayed or cached. Displayed prices and availability may not reflect a retailer's live position at the time of viewing.
• Complete. Not all retailers, products, stores, or product variants are included. Coverage is limited and subject to change.
• Accurate. Data may contain errors, omissions, mismatches between product variants, incorrect model numbers, pack size discrepancies, or other inaccuracies.
• Applicable to a specific store location. Stock indicators are based on information provided by retailers and may reflect national or aggregated availability rather than the stock level of any particular store.

The retailer's own live website, app, or physical shelf ticket constitutes the authoritative source of price, stock, and availability at the time of any transaction. Users must confirm all details directly with the relevant retailer before making a purchase.

3. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices displayed on Find It are provided for informational and comparison purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer or quote from any retailer. Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice, and may differ from those displayed on Find It due to:

• Promotions commencing or expiring
• Member, loyalty programme, or account-specific pricing
• Channel-based pricing differences (in-store vs. online vs. click & collect)
• Delivery, handling, or other applicable fees not reflected in the listed price
• Clearance pricing or stock-level adjustments
• Data update delays between the retailer's systems and Find It's index

Find It does not guarantee that any price displayed represents the lowest available price for that product in Australia or in any given area.

4. Distance and Location Information

Distance calculations shown on Find It are approximate. Where a postcode is entered, distance is calculated from the centre point of the relevant suburb and may not reflect the actual distance from a user's precise location. Where a user grants location permission to the app or website, device GPS data is used and greater precision is achieved, but results remain indicative only. Store locations and trading hours are sourced from third-party data and may not be current.

5. No Endorsement

The display of a retailer, product, brand, or price on Find It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by Find It of that retailer, product, brand, or price. Retailer names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for the purpose of product identification and comparison.

6. Third-Party Websites

Find It contains links to third-party retailer websites. Find It has no control over the content, terms, conditions, privacy practices, or accuracy of those websites. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk. Find It accepts no responsibility for any content, transactions, disputes, losses, or damages arising from a user's use of any third-party website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Find It excludes all liability for:

• any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or pure economic loss;
• any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on Find It, including prices, stock levels, proximity data, or product descriptions;
• any loss arising from a user's decision to travel to a retail location based on information displayed on Find It, including but not limited to fuel costs, time costs, parking, or consequential costs where the product is unavailable or differently priced upon arrival;
• any loss arising from a transaction between a user and a third-party retailer; and
• any loss arising from the unavailability, interruption, or malfunction of the Find It service.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL or any other applicable legislation. Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, Find It's liability is limited to, at Find It's election: re-supplying the relevant service, or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Find It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find It makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information displayed

9. Sponsored and Commercial Relationships

Find It's search results include, or may include, a combination of organic (non-paid) retailer comparison cards and commercial placements such as Promoted or Sponsored cards and other labelled advertising. Find It may participate in affiliate or referral arrangements (for example Commission Factory, Amazon Associates, and eBay Partner Network) under which Find It may receive a fee or commission if a user clicks through to a partner destination or completes a purchase. Where enabled on the open web, display advertising partners may also show labelled ads.

Commercial placements are clearly identified in the interface (for example “Promoted”, “Sponsored”, or “Ad”). They do not sell or secretly rewrite the ranking of organic retailer results, which continue to be ordered according to the criteria you select (price, proximity, or delivery availability) and any quality filters described on the Disclosure page.

The existence of a commercial relationship between Find It and a partner or retailer does not indicate any endorsement of that party’s products, pricing, or service quality. Users should apply the same scrutiny to Promoted and other commercial results as to any other result and confirm all details directly with the destination before purchasing.

10. Governing Law

This disclaimer and any dispute arising in connection with the use of Find It is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to This Disclaimer

Find It reserves the right to amend this disclaimer at any time. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page. Continued use of Find It following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
