Find It is an Australian product search service. We do not offer phone support yet.

Use the form above for privacy questions, product feedback, advertising enquiries, or to report an issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time during Australian business days.

2. What we can help with

  • Privacy. Access or correction requests and questions about our Privacy Policy.
  • Product feedback. Bugs, missing stores, or search-quality issues (include the query and device if you can).
  • Legal / trust. Questions about Terms of Use or comparator disclosures once published.
  • Advertising. For commercial placements, use the Advertise with Find It page (/advertise). You can also choose “Advertise With Us” in this form for a short note.

3. What we cannot do

  • Change a retailer’s price, stock, or order — contact the retailer that sold (or listed) the product.
  • Guarantee that a listed price is still available at checkout.
  • Provide emergency services or urgent consumer dispute resolution on behalf of retailers.
